What is the corporate tax rate in Singapore?

A flat 17% on chargeable income, after exemptions and rebates.

What is the partial tax exemption?

75% of the first S$10,000 and 50% of the next S$190,000 of chargeable income are exempt.

What is the start-up tax exemption?

For a qualifying new company in its first three years of assessment, 75% of the first S$100,000 and 50% of the next S$100,000 are exempt.

What is the YA2026 corporate tax rebate?

A 40% rebate capped at S$30,000, announced in Budget 2026. Companies with at least one local employee in 2025 receive a minimum S$1,500 as a cash grant within that cap.
