Who answers my questions?
Qualified accountants on the BI-Outsource team, who work with Singapore clients from our Singapore and India offices. You get a written answer in your account, and an email when it arrives, within the time shown for your plan.
What is a prepared report?
A written report prepared on your numbers, such as a tax computation, a CPF and payroll review, a GST registration check or reply points for an IRAS letter. You can attach documents to your request.
Can you recommend funds or shares?
No. We answer the tax side of investment questions and compare types of investment. We do not recommend specific products or give buy or sell calls.
What do I get with Virtual CFO?
A dedicated accountant from the BI-Outsource team acting as your part-time CFO: a monthly review of your management accounts and cash flow, tracking of IRAS, GST, CPF and ACRA deadlines, budgets and projections, bank or investor packs when you need them, weekly calls and a quarterly business review. Will you file my returns or reply to the tax authority for me?
Plans cover advice, reports and calls. Filing, representation and certificates are separate paid services; ask in a question and we will quote.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Every payment comes with an invoice in your account. Add your UEN at checkout to show it on the invoice.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. See the refund policy for refunds.
