    Common questions

How is the score worked out?

Seven measures add to 100: savings rate (20), emergency fund (15), life cover (15), health cover (15), debt load against the 50% debt burden limit (15), long-term savings for your age (10), and a registered will plus savings beyond gratuity (10).

Why does a will matter in the UAE?

Without a registered will, assets and guardianship can be decided under local rules. Non-Muslims can register a will with the DIFC Wills Service, the Dubai Courts or the Abu Dhabi courts.
